ANOTHER rate increase since January

Received my second email regarding ANOTHER rate increase to our bill THIS YEAR. This one was regarding one of our watches. 

Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to be offered ONE $4 credit per month on our bill... Completely unacceptable Verizon. Was only offered that the representative would "send my feedback to the higher ups, and I would get a call back in 4-5 days". Seriously?

Verizon... you made $7.6 BILLION in profits last year. Don't tell me that you have to raise everyone's bill because "xyz Plan is being phased out". 

Oh, and if you guys didn't know already, check your trade in credits and promos. The "promo" they give you monthly is applied to the device payment. Lol. So you've been paying next to nothing on the pricipal of your new phone, and Verizon gets your old phone for free! It's a back end deal! 

Glad to see so many other customers leaving. Greed looks bad on you Verizon!
