I wanted to cancel my Verizon service & was told by a phone rep that if I mailed the phone back , the line would be terminated . I got suspicious today when I got a past due bill in an email today.
It turns out, I used a return label that was emailed to me by Verizon on jul 30th. That label was meant for the trade-in phone it seems.

I'm hoping something can be done & the phone can be tracked down. It's brand new . I haven't had much luck calling Verizon toll free, as their system reroutes me to a dead-end that hangs up on me .
