All I want to do is pay my bill. You want my money, right? But every single time I try to log in (yes EVERY SINGLE TIME) it tells me my account is locked and I have to reset my password. I have to jump through so many hoops to reset it. Takes like five minutes. Again, JUST TO PAY MY BILL!
EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH.
It feels like a cosmic joke, but I'm about five seconds from switching to another carrier because of this technical incompetence.

I'm wondering if someone at Verizon needs to delete your current My Verizon account and then you can re-register. What you're describing makes me wonder if someone else has been trying to access your account, or if your personal information has changed somehow since you first signed up and thus causing some kind of glitch with your login.
There's a one-time bill pay site you can use which doesn't require logging into My Verizon:

or try dialing #PMT on your phone to pay over the phone.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

rposly, we're sorry about the issues you've had with your account login. We really don't want this to continue being a pain point, and we're going to help fix this for you. Have you tried the app and the website? What happens if you try logging in using a different browser? Would you be able to try signing in after clearing your browsers cookies/cache? Are you using a VPN when you try to log into your My Verizon account?
