I WAS OVER CHARGED MORE THAN $300.00 USD SINCE JANUARY 2024 AND MULTIPLE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE TAKEN NO OWNERSHIP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND HAVE PROVIDED CONTRADICATORY INFORMATION ON THE STATUS OF THE ISSUE AND REPAYMENT TIMELINE .

THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED. MULTIPLE VERIZON REPRESENTATIVES AND THEIR SUPERVISORS HAVE LIED ABOUT THE STATUS OF EQUIPMENT RETURN 1/9/2024 AND REFUND OF OVER $300.00 GOING BACK TO MAY BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT SITTING AS A CREDIT WITH VERIZON AGAINST FUTURE MONTHLY BILLS.

Leave Verizon and get a new carrier if it keeps up. Have you tried going to a Verizon store or do they just sell phones? Good luck!!
