Hi

What I want is to change my plan to go internet only during the Summer then have a Fios One TV box for the Winter.

In June I talked to someone to cancel my TV, but they could not change my plan and did not know why. They raised a ticket and assured me I would not be charged for TV, but of course I was and nothing was fixed

In the fall I asked to upgrade to Fios One TV box. The agent could not figure out why he could not order one for me. He raised more tickets and I never heard back.

Every month I ring and talk to someone different who can not figure it out and raises tickets and I never hear from them again.

Is there some one who I can talk to to fix my service?
