I recently purchased a mobile phone and a tablet. I found a better price on the phone and asked Verizon if they could match the price, they were not able. I canceled the order, but the phone and tablet were already shipped.
When I received the package I sent it back without opening the items.
My original charges have not been refunded. I'm been charged for use of tablet which was never open. I was told they activated the devices when they shipped it. Interesting that they activated for items that I had not received. They can not reverse those charges until my due date and that's when I need to call back again to get it reversed.
