I paid off my bill and transferred my numbers to another provider. Verizon is still pulling money from my bank account monthly through auto pay! I have tried calling and messaging online but can reach NO ONE at Verizon because my phone number is no longer valid with them. Help!
I did receive a paper "bill" in the mail saying my balance was $0.00 and my numbers were disconnected. Why am I still getting emails about my monthly bill, and why is Verizon continuing to take money out? How can I stop it?!

Short of disputing the charges with your financial institution or closing the bank account which is being drafted every month, have you tried logging into My Verizon using the User ID associated with the account to see if you can shut off the autopay? Reportedly, you are still able to login to My Verizon with your User ID for up to 6 months after disconnecting/porting out. If you forgot your User ID, see here:

Another potential cause of this problem is if you have some 3rd party bill pay service taking care of bill payments...then the problem could be that the 3rd party bill pay service doesn't know you're not using Verizon any longer and you need to shut off or remove the Verizon information from that service.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I appreciate your help. No, I cannot get into the Verizon app or website at all. I type in my phone number and I get "The email address or Verizon mobile number you entered doesn't match our records". I am currently disputing charges and have a block on my account. Verizon takes the money out and my bank is putting it back in every month. It is just extremely frustrating that I cannot talk to anyone from the company.

I still need help with the billing. I just received another bill in the mail today. I disconnected the last phone number on August 7th I (believe). The last time Verizon's autopay took from my account was September 29th for a total of 148.72.
