Account had been charged wrong for over a year

I have called in and spoke on chat several times since 2022 about my account being charged wrong. I kept getting the runaround. Finally i talked to a very nice rep today, who actually took the time to look into my account. And ya know what... I was being charged for a device that i had gotten in a promotion.  Free phone. So she credited my account all the money that i had been paying. Very thankful that it only took a little over 1 year for someone at Verizon to look into this for me.....
