Account inactive-add funds, but charged me 3x already

I have no money in my bank account now after all this. I dont know how I can afford food for my kids this week now. Verizon charged me 3x for my unlimited data. Hundreds of dollars stolen from me. And it wont even let me use any data or service. I added funds thinking it never went through, because it claims I never paid even though I was on auto pay. Then I checked my bank statements and it charged me 3x. It also wont let me opt out of auto pay or delete a line. For days now it keeps saying "we are having issues, try again later" when trying to delete a line I already deleted months ago. I was charged for that line plus my unlimited plan 3 times and I still cant use it because they made my account inactive unless I give them more and more money. Im not even sure how much more it would take to get my phone back on. The amount they stole from me is more than enough to last me the rest of the year. I want my money back and my phone service back on. I have nothing left for them to take. this really was the last straw.
