Account is disconnected and I can't login with any of the phone numbers used on the account.

Hello, I need help getting the device pay off info.  I have tried multiple times and I can't login even using the disconnected phone number login.  It doesn't login at all. 

I have used every number that was on my account and none will login. 

 

Please help!

You can't login with your phone number anymore because the number is in another carrier's system now, so Verizon no longer has control of it.  I've heard that using the User ID of the Account Owner may work, but some have said that doesn't either.  Your final bill will be sent via snail mail, but maybe you can see your last bill if you use the one time payment site, which doesn't require a login to My Verizon:

I am on the same boat I tried to login to ‘disconnected login’ but they dont recognized my infos and customerservice said they sent my bills but never received one. I need my 3 most recent statements please help
