Account is stuck at "your order is pending" for a year already

It's been a year since I installed Fios Gigabit and for some reason my account has been showing this entire time the following message:

Your order is pending

Thank you for placing your order.

Your current plan will be updated in about 5 minutes, and you may then place any additional orders.

But obviously my order was completed a year ago, and I can't do any changes to my service online, twice already I have contacted support and no one knows how to fix this problem but they simply offer to do any changes manually...

I saw some similar issues in this forum but the topics were closed or for some reason I couldn't comment on them, so I created a new thread hoping someone here can help me to finally fix this issue.
