Account locked while having disconnected number

So I've been trying to get my bill history so I can send my summary to get paid off and when I tried to access my account I was locked out. Then I even did the reset password/security challenge via mail and still have not received the letter for the info. When I contacted CS they said there was nothing they could do to unlock my account so I can get the info and now I can't even access it to make payments regardless.

When an account is disconnected, you can no longer login to My Verizon using the phone number tied to it, because Verizon no longer has control of the number. I've heard you can sign in with the User ID associated with the account for up to 6 months after disconnection/porting out. If you forgot your User ID (this isn't necessarily the same as your forum username), try this link:

If you were locked out of logging in due to too many failed sign-in attempts, I think the window is 24 hours before you can try again. Otherwise, you'll just be making things worse with repeated sign-in attempts before then. If all else fails, your last bill should generate at what would have been the end of the billing cycle if you were still a customer, and it will be snail mailed to you. Or if you go to a corporate Verizon store, the employees can print out a copy of the bill for you once the bill has generated in the system.
