Recently, I ran my credit to purchase a car and they had told me I had a balance with Verizon from 2014. I know for a fact that I never had any balances left before I switched from Verizon. I am currently back with Verizon, but when checking my credit history it is still on the report. I want to know whats the way to look into that because it is affecting my credit. There shouldnt be any balances.
