Account trouble need help

Hi so I'm a residential customer and I can't get on my account. Its also presenting me two different accounts to me the one on my bill is different from the one on my fios app and it keeps saying I'm disconnected on the fios app one when I paid my bill and made a payment arrangement on my current bill please help
