Has anyone else had Verizon take money through online banking when they knew and acknowledge that the phone that is being billed for has already been returned. And Verizon knows. Verizon was contacted days ago when I received a bill for that phone and I was told since they couldn't find it I should just be okay. Is that what Verizon teaches? Well it was not okay. Verizon used online to take big fees for a phone that they instructed me to return and I checked a second time to be extra sure. And that got me Verizon taking over $250. Is this how Verizon treats customers who just pay their bills for years.
