Made a mistake by not writing down my password and PIN number for my acct. Forgot both. Tried to get into my acct a couple days ago to add a hotspot charge and got locked out.
I've been calling several different customer service numbers in order to get this resolved to no avail. Every single time without fail, I receive the.. 'Your call cannot be processed at this time, please call back later', right before getting hung up on. I'm in the PST time zone, but it doesn't matter what time I call. I am hung up on every single time. I have no idea how to get into my account at this point and no easy way to get to a Verizon store to handle it in person, at least any time soon.
Considering blocking the charge from my card and switching to a different phone service as what is an easy fix has turned into a frustrating saga with no end in sight.
