Verizon sent me many emails asking me to redeem a Google Chromecast Ultra, but I got charged for it when I tried to redeem it through the offer link in the email. I started calling them long time ago, at first they said they will refund me, but later I found the charge was still on my bill. I called many times again, now they said they can't give my credit back and I can't return the Chromcast, because it passed the 30 days return period. I am so regretful to see that a big company like Verizon treat customers this way. It is a fraud, I have to report it to the local consumer protection office.
