The employees at the store just keep telling me it doesnt make sense and it shouldnt be that much, but have no way of changing it or resolving the issue.  Over it and ready to return the phone!!!!

SSUD, help is here as we always want you to have a full understanding of your billing and charges. Please be sure to see the link below for the instructions to view the PDF version of your bill. Also, the activation fees are a normal charge when activating service. Are you referencing the upgrade fee? If yes, this is also a normal fee when. What was the reason given to waive it?

If you had a store employee move your data from the old phone to the new one, there's a charge for that.  Also, if it isn't a corporate store, the 3rd party location might've tacked on some extra fees of their own for something.

I've heard it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a trade-in credit to be applied.  If you're not seeing any trade-in credit at all, that's a separate problem.  There are also lots of threads from people saying their trade-in credit is different than what they expected.  IMO the verbiage on promotions ought to say up to X amount for a trade-in, but that's just me.
