So I was supposed to get $1000 for my trade in but only got $142. After asking several times about getting it fixed I see adjustments on the app but I'm still getting screwed. You added $142 onto my bill to take back the original amount you gave me for my phone and have nine credit adjustments listed on the bill, the first one is $19.60 for the first trade in device promo credit and $19.44 as the amount for 2-9 of 36. You then have a $19.44 credit on the bill for the next month. First off I'm on my 21st payment of 36....still missing a few credits there. Second, the correction was supposed to be $800 which was close enough to the $1000 when you added in the original $142 but you added the $142 back as a charge on my bill. So when all is said and done if I actually get the credit for the other 11 payments that were missed I'm getting a total of $700 for my phone. To top it off the credits weren't taken off the phone balance so it still shows I owe a lot of money on it when it should almost be paid off by now between the payments I have been making on it and the trade in amount I should have been getting each month. A trade in of $1000 equals out to a credit of $27.77 per bill. I am on payment 21 of 36 paying $36.11 a month on the phone for a total of $722.20...since i haven't actually made the 21st payment yet. The amount I should have received for trade in up to this point is @$555.40. So my $1299 phone should have a total of @$1277.60 paid on it by now leaving a balance of $21.40. Big difference from the $541.65 that is showing on my bill. I was told by someone from support that Verizon couldn't do anything to help because of the way the credit was submitted but it sure looks like Verizon is adjusting the bill now when I was told you couldn't. You're "correction" for the missing trade in is disgraceful, I can only guess the remaining "credits" will be added to another bill with a mysterious charge that will even it out again. I believe I saw other people saying they went to the BBB about their issue to get it resolved and another went to the state Attorney General. I'm disgusted with the way all of this has been handled, evidently I am going to have to take this beyond Verizon.
