After my post earlier today regarding the horrible experience I'm having with the "agreement renewal saga" so many others are experiencing (Agreement Renewal Complaints) I opened my most recent bill which is still under the original agreement.
Here's what I found: 1) an increase in the amount for set top box rental, 2) an added "Regional Sports Network Fee" of $3.48 a month - all on top of the 35% increase I originally complained about.
How many more ways can Verizon find to screw their customers?!?
I for one will be sending written complaints to Verizon's officers in their NYC headquarters. In case anyone wants to know - their names are listed on their Investor website http://www.verizon.com/investor/corporateofficers.htm. Not that they give a hoot about the customers either.
