Hi All: My internet access was suspended for "alleged copyright violation". How does Verizon notify you of this before cutting off service? I have 0 messages in my verizon email account associated with my service account, and I never received a text or email to any other account?
The "history" shows complaints from 9 months ago, but I never received a notfication until the access was shut off?
