We have the triple play package with 2 dvr boxes, the showtime/hbo bundle and 50MPS internet speed. Our 2 year contract expired a year ago. We’re somehow now paying $235 a month. I’ve argued relentlessly with customer service for hours and they won’t take a penny off of my bill. I know FIOS customers with 4-5 boxes who pay this amount and they have Cinemax and Starz as well. I have no choice but to switch to Optimum. Has anyone else heard of such an unfair pricing plan

You say we. Cancel the service in whoever's name it's in now and reorder with the other person's name. Then you can start a new 2 year deal.
