Received an email from verizon about the echo 2nd gen, clicked the link and redirects me to myverizon/myfios but the link is no where to be found. Called customer service have been passed around multiple times, almost waiting in cue for an hour. Chat people sent me new email but still not working, erased all history/cookies from browser still not working. Been trying to vobtact verizon for 3 straight days nobody could help me. Now they sent me an email about about another holiday bonus that would expire, same thing cannot redeem it. Can somebody help me? Thanks!
