Amazon Echo Redeem

I have the same issue like everybody else here with redeeming Amazon Echo. Got 2 emails telling me to go to My Verizon to redeem the offer. Tried many times and couldn't find the link to redeem anywhere. Contacted customer services via chat and they told me that it will be fixed by IT and I should check back in a few days. Check back many times over the next 2 weeks and saw no change. Contacted customer services via chat again, and they gave me the number of the Reward department saying that is the number I should call. Called the Reward department and they said they don't deal with that and I should contact customer services.

Did a google search and saw all the posts about the same problem. So how is this getting resolved?
