I received several emails with subject "It's time to redeem your Holiday Bonus from Verizon" and "Don't Let Your Holiday Bonus Expire - Unwrap now" . I followed the instructions, which tells me to click on the "Redeem Amazon Offer" link and "Unwrap Now". This link is not showing. I called support multiple times and have been told the issue has been escalated and will be resolved. Please Help.
