Amazon Prime for a Year Holiday Bonus from Verizon Link Missing

I have recieved my email from Verizon saying that "It's time to redeem your Holiday Bonus from Verizon" to claim my one year of Amazon Prime for renewing my contract but when i log in I don't see the "Redeem Amazon Offer Link". Any solution?
