Hi,

Has anyone actually successfully redeemed the Amazon Prime offer? Like many other posts here, I've tried going through the online chat (unsuccessful) and phone (well over an hour on hold). I've tried redeeming through the app and the website. I keep getting email reminders to claim the offer before it expires, but there appears to be no way to do that! Any ideas or anyone out there who can escalate my issue/provide some sort of resolution?
