As others have already post, I too have spent numerous hours trying to redeem my amazon echo for 4 weeks+. I have even tried suggestions from the community in opening a new window through Chrome. Still nothing.
I have been given one bogus number after another. Each representative takes at least one hour before they give you another number to call.
I have been escalated to "higher powers" so many times and still nothing.
I can't wait to get out of this contract. Not just because of the promotion but Verizon REALLY need to step up their customer service from never ending long waits to really keeping their word on their promotions without giving you the run around.
So very frustrated now!!!!!
Anyone have any suggestions.
