We moved in November and renewed our Verizon fios with the 2 year contract and was promised an Amazon gift card. I have received no communication regarding our gift card and we are almost 5 months out from when the new contract began. When can I expect to get my communication or is this really just a bait and switch that Verizon has pulled on many of it customers.

How? The online assistant is no help and by phone you are stuck on hold even if you figure out the menus?
