I registered for the visa gift card for the black Friday promotion but it has been listed as processing for the last month. I spoke with customer service on February 6th who informed me that I will be receiving it within a week. It has been a month and I received an email that the last day to register for my holiday bonus is tomorrow. Everytime I contact customer service nobody knows anything.
