When I renewed my contract on Black Friday 2018 I was promised the year of amazon prime and an echo. Come to find out today that the agent who did my contract didn’t add the amazon promotion but waived a $99 fee instead. Was told nothing they could do since the promotion ended. This is ridiculous I just want what I was promised when I signed up
