I called the Verizon rewards number and the lady said she has escalated the matter into her supervisor. It's been a week, and I have yet to hear from anyone. Even thought I signed a 2 year agreement, which includes a $300 gift card, she has no record of a gift card for me. I really despise Verizon. That's why I would never go wireless phone with you all. The $300 would have made my kids' Xmas extra special! 😞
