Another- need my final bill!

Left Verizon wireless on 4/8. I ported out my phone numbers to another provider. I had one phone I was paying in installments. The new provider is going to pay off that installment plan. On 5/2 my last invoice generated. After many calls to Verizon and going in person, they finally mailed me the detailed final bill. The only problem is that itโ€™s not really my final bill. Itโ€™s the final bill for services. The real final bill is going to generate on 6/2 with the device payoff amount. Thatโ€™s about 2 months after I left Verizon. I need to provide that final bill with the details of the device  payoff to my new provider ASAP. No one at Verizon has been able to help me because that invoice has yet to be generated. How is it that the bill generated 5/2 did not include the device payoff? How do I go about getting a detailed final bill, emailed to me TODAY?!

Please do not instruct me to โ€œlog into my accountโ€ when you know I no longer have access to the online account.

Hello Msperdomo. Bills are generated on your bill cycle date. We are unable to generate them upon request. You can sign into a closed account at the following link. https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/fu/loginDisconnectedStart

James, I'm not sure if that URL you posted works.  The link I posted for "disconnected account login" in my earlier post is different than the one you gave.

I have a suggestion for the OP: If your new carrier wants all the details of your last bills for the promotion, what about checking the one-time bill pay site (which doesn't require logging into My Verizon) and seeing what balance appears there (which would be for June), then taking a screenshot for the new carrier to review along with giving them a copy of your May bill?  I looked at both Blue Logo Place's and Pink Logo Place's websites and there is I think a 60 day time frame in which you have to upload the details so you still have a few weeks to do it and that would get around the snail mail delay for the June bill.

Final bills are supposed to be sent via snail mail.  There was an update to the "disconnected account login" link according to my notes, so try going to the link below:

https://www.verizon.com/support/disconnect-cancel-mobile/

and in the section about billing, go to the link for logging into a disconnected account.

None of the links worked. It says the information I entered doesnโ€™t match the files. I understand that a hard copy of bill gets sent to address on file but that last invoice for just the service was just a summary. It didnโ€™t itemize anything. It basically said pay this amount. Why do I have to wait 60 days to actually get the final bill. I had to call many times for someone to send me the itemized final service bill by snail mail. Itโ€™s ridiculous. I am glad I am done with Verizon. I still have to wait until after 6/2 to request the itemized invoice for the device payoff.
