Anyone Else NOT Received Device Trade in Promotional Credit?!

Why is Verizon  making it so difficult to get device trade in promotional credit?! I have called multiple times and each time I am assured it will be reflected on my next bill but it still has yet to be applied. This is unacceptable. I'm fed up with the lack of customer service follow through.  My traded in device was received by them months ago and I have the UPS tracking to show it. Apply my $800 already! It's literally the  only reason I purchased a new device.

Perhaps we need to involve FCC. I'm one of MANY with this same issue. Verizon- get it together!

I'm also having the same issue. This is the second time they have done this.  The exact thing happened two years ago. I was assured they wouldn't disconnect my service and would resolve it. They disconnected, I paid the fee to get service back then had to spend many hours on the phone to get the credit back. I won't make the same mistake this time. I'm looking into an FCC complaint.
