Anyone know a email address for FIOS Residential customer service

Receiving errors every time I try to put a message into customer service through the web form on website. So wanted to find a email address to just send a normal email and not have to worry about errors when I need to contact, and if there is one it is not easy to find this email address anywhere.

They do not have one.  Use the contactus option on most verizon pages.  http://www22.verizon.com/content/contactus/  Or consider talking to them on twitter
