App and Online Bill Pay Not Working

I have tried to make payments both on the app and signing into my account on a computer, but every time I hit submit it says unable to process. There is money on the card, the transaction never shows it was even tried in the credit card, it just isn’t processing a payment, I have tried multiple cards. I would like to pay my bill asap.
