I got my bill this month and saw it was $50 more because of a technician visit. The technician came and instantly saw what the problem was and said that all of the ONT boxes that were the same as mine failed after the power outage. I understand if they come out for no good reason or if the equipment fails because of my wrongdoing, but for something like this where all you're boxes in the area failed? come on now. If I wanted crappy service like this I would've paid $50 a month less with Xfinity/Dish which I will do if I'm not credited for this.
