Assistance with Military Account Verification While Stationed Overseas

Hello,
I’m currently an active-duty military family member stationed overseas and am having trouble completing the verification process for my Verizon account. Since I’m outside the U.S., I don’t have access to a Verizon store and have already emailed twice and faxed the required military documents and orders to the designated address. Unfortunately, I haven’t received a response, and the phone number provided for verification assistance appears to be inactive.
Is there another way to confirm my documents or complete the verification process while remaining overseas? I want to keep my information confidential but can provide necessary details privately if contacted directly.
