Auto-pay attempted to take payment and failed today. My payment is due on the 29th, today is the 27th. Will auto-pay retry before or on the 29th, or will I have to submit the payment myself? I do not want to get a double charge by submitting it myself and then auto-pay taking it as well.
I'm sorry to hear your AutoPay failed. What day do you have it set up for? Were you able to make a payment successfully?-Joe
