I have been trying to un-enroll from Auto Pay since March. Each time I talk to a representative, they tell me it’s been taken care of. But yet, every month, including March, money has been debited from my checking account. And each month, I call and it’s the same story over and over. This month, $307 was taken from my account, WITHOUT PERMISSION! If I was unenrolled from Auto Pay, why is Verizon still taking money from my checking account? Verizon informed me I cannot have a refund because it will put my account in a “past due” status. I have tried to speak with upper management and each time, they tell me no one is available to talk. I will pay my bill when it is convenient for me, and not at the convenience of Verizon.
