I paused myauto draft 2 months ago because I'm currently unemployed..so, I have to pay my bill when my check comes in on a not so dedicated date. Well, today my account was overdrafts a payment that was initially paused....not to mention....I was trying to do a payment arrangement on it 2 days ago but the system stated I couldn't.. I guess because the payment wasn't due until 01.05.2024...but still I'm confused to why Verizon debited my account lastnight on the 3rd?!! The auto draft had to be paused again because for some your system forced a payment...better yet..I think it's safe just to remove my bank details. Just answer why you drafted the account 2 days in advance?
