As the title suggests, I have had an auto-pay failure running on three months now due to my bank 'Frauding' my account, and halting payments. This has unfortunately affected my bill, and now I must pay $1, 174 to cover not just my bill, but my phone, however, I can't access anyway to pay for it because they deactivated my account!
I am currently deployed halfway across the world in the middle of the ocean of the middle east, attacked by rebels. but because the wifi I have connected to thought I was being hacked, they froze my account. (Good on my Bank) It took was a struggle to even defraud my account and resume payments, luckily that was not the issue with some of my other subscriptions/payments.
Now, I cant even access the account made with Verizon to pay my overdue bill because it says the account no longer exists or its simply not activated. I would like to pay this off and continue using my plan, but after this, I fear i may discontinue my service with Verizon.

Have you tried using the one-time bill pay site?
https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/payment/otp/login#/
If that doesn't work either, your account may have been closed by Verizon for nonpayment and sent to a collections agency. If you've got someone who is accepting your mail in the US for you while you're away, get in touch with them to see if any such notices have been mailed to you. If the account was sent to collections, you'd have to settle it with the collections agency.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
