I have signed up for autopay and paperless billing, but have not seen the discount reflected on my account after 3+ billing cycles. When I asked the customer service representative, he stated that only checking accounts from Bank of America and Wells Fargo were eligible for this discount and since my checking account is through a credit union that I am not eligible. The only requirement that was prompted to me when signing up for autopay though was that it had to be a checking account. It never indicated that the checking account had to be from a specific bank. Is there a list somewhere of all eligible checking accounts? Is there a way to make my checking account eligible?
