I have been a loyal customer for 13years !!
Went to the Verizon store to add a new line for my son. We were then told we could sign up for Auto pay and save $50...we were also told by the agent that we could pick any payment date for our auto pay by calling in to customer service.
We entered our information and it was accepted by Verizon...a week later it was denied!! I noticed that the routing number got misentered by a number.. corrected the issue and talked to "customer service".
At that time I was told that we actually COULD NOT pick which day but, only choose from a 4 day window. I then explained I would make a CC payment rather than use the auto pay option for that bill.
Verizon, refused acceptance of the payment because auto pay was set up and restricted my account for a missed payment because of the wrong routing number.
Called into customer service today to remedy the situation and was told there is nothing they can do!!!
This is the " Customer Appreciation Award" that Verizon will give you after 13 years!!
