BEWARE you cant cancel a service change, they wont honor your previous acct. WHY IS THAT?

placed a service order change and then an hour later i canceled the order. got my bill and service order was never canceled and now to change it back they want to charge me more money,when i called an spoke to a supervisor and she was very nasty and didn't want to help. i have been a loyal customer for 5 years and cant believe i was treated like this, BEWARE once you place a service change you cannot go back to your old service even if you canceled the order, that is bad customer service......this is ridiculous that once you place a service change and cancel you cant go back to your old service at the price you had even if you have a 2 year guarantee..
