WHY AM I BEING BILLED ALMOST $40 MORE THAN LAST MONTH? I DID NOT CHANGE MY SERVICE, AND I ONLY REQUESTED A NEW BOX BECAUSE MY FAULTY ONE KEPT FREEZING, SOMWHY AM I BEING BILLED FOR A NEW ONE??? Iโ€™M TIRED OF GETTING THE RUN-AROUND FROM VERIZON!!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก
