BIlling problem

For 18+ months I've been dealing with customer service to resolve a billing issue.  They credit my account and turn around and bill me again for the same service. I've never ordered the service and can't seem to get rid of it. Yet they bill me 11.50 a month for it!  They get one more shot to fix it.  If no success then I cancel my Verizon service
