Being Charged for Assurion returned phone

In working with VZ, it has been confirmed that the 128 Red Iphone 14 was returned to the warehouse.    However, it is not reflecting on our invoice and all services (Wife, myself, and three school age daughters) have been suspended.     The IPone returned was for ***** but the "Non-returned" charge is showing under my phone;   *****.    I saw the VZ billing notices almost a month ago and tried working this out but to no avail.   Tonight I was on a CHAT with Adrian for close to 2 hours.   USELESS.  My family and I still have no service, based on a phone that is confirmed received and NO ONE CAN RESTORE OUR SERVICE.
