Being charged for a router that was returned 2 months ago!

I am very dissapointed with Verizon! I was advised to upgrade my router by a customer service agent. She sent one to me. I then was on the phone with Verizon and the person did a speed test and advised me NOT to change it out. So I sent back the router that was mailed to me. Immediately. Like, the day after I recieved it. I have had a notice on my bill for 2 months saying to return it or I will be charged $99. I used the enclosed UPS label, the original packaging, and sent this thing back immediately. It's so frustrating!!!!! I "chatted" online with an agent about a week ago about this, and he assured me it was taken off. Lo and behold, after several phone calls, and an online chat, it's still there.

Wireless Router $99.99

Serial # {edited for privacy}

I assume This item is the one still in my home, but the other one is back at the warehouse. Ages ago.

Hi Simonsracer,

Sorry you are having difficulty. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you do not hear from an agent.

Also,

Will the agent that is supposedly going to contact me in some way be able to solve this better than the 3 other routes I have taken and agents I have either spoken or virtually chatted with? Ive been assured that it's solved a couple times already and to be honest with you, 2 hours of my time spent on this so far is a light estimate.
