2-years ago, I was pitched by Verizon to get a free phone if I added a line. I added my daughter and got the "Free" phone. The were going to debt and credit the phone $20 every month. At some point they quit crediting me. The error was pointed out to me by customer service rep. They told me that they could only credit me back for part of the time, because their system wouldn't gop back far enough. They told me to go into a verizon store and they would fix it. Haha. After an hour at the store, they said go back to cust service. My guess is that for last 2-years, Ive been charged an extra $20. NO one is helping me. SO ANGRY. The person says, you should have noticed on your bill. hahaha. It's my fault for being billed for a free phone. How do I get this fixed????
